This notice covers the NERO GROUP corporate website. Purchases in our webshop are covered by the webshop’s separate privacy notice.

Contact enquiries
We process the name, email address, company name, optional phone number, selected business area and message supplied in the form to respond to your enquiry. We receive this information directly from you. Please include only information needed for your enquiry.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We retain the information until your enquiry is closed or you withdraw consent. Name, email address and message are required to submit the form. Providing a phone number is optional.
If your enquiry leads to an order or contract, we provide separate information about the related processing. Consent on this form does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Job applications
For applications sent from the Careers page we process the name, email address, optional phone number, chosen position, introduction text and attached CV to run the recruitment process. Legal basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We retain the information until the position is filled and for no longer than 6 months from submission; you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing office@nerogroup.hu. Applications are seen by the managers of the relevant group company and staff handling HR tasks.
Newsletter
We send newsletters only after a separate subscription or selection of the unchecked newsletter option. We use your email address and, if supplied, your name to send news and offers. Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We retain this information until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing office@nerogroup.hu or replying to a newsletter.
Who can access your information?
Enquiries and subscriptions are handled by the controller’s staff responsible for the relevant task. Web email delivery may use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). In that case, addressing information and message content are provided to the service for delivery. If the website opens a draft in your email application, we receive it only after you send it.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability; depending on the applicable legal basis, you may object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. This website does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Send requests to office@nerogroup.hu. We normally respond within one month and inform you within that period if a justified extension is needed. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and seek a judicial remedy.
